It is small and compact, but will have everything you need to have a wonderful stay! It has a unique layout, but is most similar to a small mother in law suite or small hotel room with a kitchenette. Also included is a screened in porch with seating, a beautiful greenhouse that serves as a lounge area, a fire pit, and private access to our screened in pool just steps away! The Bedroom: Queen size bed, will fit two adults or an adult and a child. If you are traveling with a young child there is just enough room to squeeze in a travel crib. Small dresser, luggage stand and a 42 inch TV with Amazon Fire TV. The Kitchenette: Includes a dining counter with bar stools, a fridge, microwave, two burner electric stove, toaster oven, sink, dish drying rack, pod coffee maker, all basic kitchen/cooking items. The Bathroom: Includes a sink, toilet and compact stall shower. The Porch: Screened in, includes a patio table and 2 chairs. The Greenhouse: Includes a 32" inch TV with Amazon Fire TV, a patio couch, chair, coffee table and hammock seat. The Pool: Screened in, includes an umbrella covered patio table, chairs and a hammock. The pool is NOT HEATED.
