Thanks for letting us stay in your home! We love being at the lake. There is no beach, so it’s probably best for slightly older kids. The lake was really quiet, we had enough room to tube, kneeboard, and attempt to wakeboard. We caught several sunnys right off the dock, but it’s perfect to swim there too, no weeds, just some algae that comes and goes because it’s a river. There are lots of fun things to do when it’s nice, and when it’s rainy. The kids enjoyed the Mario wii on rainy days.

The place was in a great location. Beautiful view of the lake upstairs and downstairs. Having the Lillypad for our kids to jump around on by the dock kept us entertained for hours. Sara was an excellent communicator and proactive as she was checking in to make sure we had what we needed. The beach area had some sand and was free of weeds which was also nice to be able to get in and out of the water. Nice central air conditioner that kept the place nice and cool. We loved her recommendation of KCs Saloon in Pillager which was close and the food there was small town awesome. Overall great place to have your family stay and felt at home!

This was about as perfect a vacation as we have ever had. We were Grandma, Dad, Teen and Twenty-Something. Four spacious rooms for us each to have our space, cozy kitchen, terrace and den to re-bond and catch-up on a year apart, game room and movies, water sports and fishing, and the lovely, lovely quiet and surroundings. The sunsets over the lake were magnificent. I can’t imagine a better family place for a vacation. The host was so considerate and welcoming and check in and out was flawless. What a wonderful stay!
