If you like nature then this is the right place. A tree house with modern yet cosy style. Close to Kolad and Kundalika River passing near the house, one can enjoy views of the river & the farm, a natural pool at the backside, a perfect wooded retreat. Please make sure to read all items and rules of the house to avoid unwanted reservations. Most of the basic information is below, for doubts you may contact us by message. Every morning, the massive gates of the Bhira Dam are opened, turning the relatively calm Kundalika River into a gushing body of water. Rafting over this gushing river is truly a thrilling experience. During the summer season, the landscape of Kolad is dry and brown, but the river banks are always lush green. During the monsoon season, the landscape turns radiant green which contrasts dramatically with the dark grey skies. And during the winter season, you wake up to misty mornings, and end the day with cold nights. We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide: - Generator, AC, Wi-Fi - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit - Secured parking space for up to 8 cars This is a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 2 spacious bedrooms have attached bathrooms. - AC, Wi-Fi and views are offered in all rooms. - Both rooms offer an attached patio with direct access to the lawn. - Both rooms has an attached private balcony overlooking the river. BATHROOMS - There are 3 attached bathrooms in the treehouse. - All attached bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - The dining room is on the ground floor in a different structure. - The dining area provides comfortable seating for up to 20 people and is equipped with Wi-Fi. - There is a lush lawn next to the path leading up to the Treehouse. Guests can lounge on the grass and enjoy the fresh breeze. Premises is more than 10 acres. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It's a restaurant kitchen equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, water purifier, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - All veg and non-veg meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 900/1700 per person, per day. - Barbecue meals are available at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person, per meal. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

We had booked Jai farms for a stay-cation and staying in a tree house was most fascinating for myself and my family. Jai farms is nestled in the lap of nature, with greenery all around it and views of the 'Kundalika River' right in front. We arrived at Jai farms and were greeted by the most gracious and loving host Mr. Amrute. Arriving at lunch time, Mr. Amrute made sure that lunch was ready for us and little did we know that we were in for a food festival, the lunch was just an insight of all the amazing and delicious food we were to eat during our stay. The food: I would like to take sometime in letting you know how particular Mr. Amrute is about food and how much effort and passion he puts in every dish he prepares. The food was absolutely fantastic! he has magic in his hands and everything he makes is lipsmackingly good and you will finish everything on your plate!! 10/10 would recommend! Mr. Amrute and team, you are doing a fantastic job! and we will visit again!!
A very cozy & adorable tree house, perfect for nature lovers. The host, Rajeev ji, was very helpful, warm and made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious and he went above and beyond to make sure we had the best meal ever. However, reaching this place was a little inconvenient and it’s definitely overpriced.
AC stopped working middle of the night. No WiFi even though its mentioned. The kitchen manager, some person who was communicating with us on phone call and whats-app was very unprofessional and threatened us.
a perfect place to visit in mansoon. place is near to mumbai,sorrounded by river and location is realy awesome. food i must say,will give once in lifetime experience. caretaker are realy very friendly and very cooperative. specialy thanks a lot to Mr.Amrute for his whole guidence . thank you all for gifting us a unforgettable memory.
This place needs a lot of clean up and maintenance. we were rushed for food and check out which was lil inconvenient. the actual place vs price charged looked lil unfair. AC works well, Food was amazing considering quality, quantity and taste. you just need to follow Google map from Google search.
