We have stayed at several BnBs in Prescott. Dave and Shannon"s cottage has been the best! The spaces are perfectly laid out and the cottage is immaculate. The beds are really comfortable. (on the soft side) We have never seen a rental that is as thoughtful and well-equipped as this cottage. (From children's books to the medicine cabinet and kitchen cupboards.) It's nestled in a quiet, woodsy setting but with a really short drive into the center of town. We have tried to rent the cottage before and it is always booked. We can see why!

This was our second time staying at David and Shannon's cottage. The home is comfy, clean and has everything we need to entertain our toddler and dogs. Gorgeous surroundings with a view of Thumb Butte and just a few minutes from Whiskey Row, restaurants, antique shops and anything else you could want or need. We super appreciate the early check-in / late check-out so we can fully enjoy our time in Prescott. Looking forward to our next stay here!

DavidandShannon’s place was in a wonderful, mostly secluded area just 5 minutes away from Whiskey Row. The house was very warm and homey and we really enjoyed our stay. Having a deer walk by while you are eating breakfast is a definite plus

My husband, adult son and I had a wonderful stay. We were in Prescott for our nephew’s wedding and this sweet cottage suited our needs and expectations perfectly. Very peaceful, clean and a comfortable place to lay our heads at night. Thank you David & Sharon!

Lovely house on the edge of the national forest, just 5 minutes from downtown and 1 mile from all of the hiking trails at Thumb Butte. Walkable neighborhood so didn't even need to get in the car to get out for a hike. We travel with our cat, and the house was very pet-friendly. Our hosts were friendly and communicative, and we definitely appreciated the flexible check-out on Sunday afternoon. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we're up this way!
