Shelley is the best Airbnb hostess you will ever have! She went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and right at home, and even stocked the refrigerator with sausage, eggs, butter and orange juice. The kitchen has everything you will need. The home is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The place feels like home. We also enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub, fire pit, and the walk in shower with the rain-shower system! There were plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, and other convenience items, as well as a pantry with other grocery items which can be purchased on the honor system. Although we didn’t have a dog, this place would also be great for your furry companion! It is also close to the freeway for easy access to the nearby town of Mars Hill. Overall 5 stars!

One of our best experiences staying at an AirBnB!!!! Quiet peaceful and beautiful view! Just as nice as the house. Wonderful pet fenced in area. A bit of a drive (10min) to get to some locations for food but part of the remote experience!! Kitchen is fantastic to make anything - well prepared for a cook.

We had an absolutely amazing experience staying at Shelley’s home in Mars Hill, NC. The house was just gorgeous and so comfortable for all of us. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect for us after a long drive! We are from Florida so we loved having the Mountain View! I wish we would have brought our pup because he would have loved it as well! We can’t wait to come back!

Shelley’s home was so cozy! The view of the mountains was beautiful. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Shelley was such a hospitable host and offered great recs.

Nervous about shared space (missed it when reading description) but it was lovely. Complete privacy. Never saw the family. Had everything we needed. Looked like a home from southern living. We loved it!!!
