Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We accidentally got locked out by our own fault and they responded quickly to troubleshoot for us. The house had a lot of modern upgrades and only a few steps away from the beach. Location was right off the strip so could easily walk to restaurants/bars. We gave 4 stars since upon walk in, the front living room had stacks of large Amazon boxes. One contained the space heaters we used during the stay. We also had to find the fuse box at some point since one of the space heaters tripped the fuse. There had also been a miscommunication on one of the days about rug replacements folks coming in during our stay. However, the hosts tried to make it right but still felt awkward while we were trying to have lunch during the coordination. Overall great location but we may just have come at a weird off season transition time.

Christian, the host, was extremely responsive and friendly. However, we did have a few issues arise. The most significant of which was the lack of heating. Although the listing says there is central heating, there is not. There is one base board heating element in the master bedroom, that wasn't working. So it was quite cold for our trip. The host ordered portable heaters, but they blow the fuse when plugged in, so we were unable to use them. This would not be a problem for summer guests, but we rented in April and it was quite chilly. There were a few other issues that I think were the result of us being the first guests of the season, so I won't list them here. Christian was very helpful and did work with us to provide a refund on a portion of our payment to make up for the lack of heating.

Great location in Dewey. Short walk to beach and restaurants. House is great space for kids.

Family and I had a great time at Kristen‘s place. It was a great space and close to everything! friendly host!
