We had an amazing stay at Kay’s Cosy Cottage. The house was sparkling clean, the amenities exceeded our expectations. Dave was great to communicate with, easy to reach and went beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. The house is spacious and the washroom was brand new (most of the amenities are). Lots of linens, housewares, BBQ, appliances and the atmosphere was cosy and comfortable. The location was great, with coffee shops, grocery, restaurants close by, the beach just a two-minute walk. We can’t wait to return!

I don’t know how to explain it, but this place was even better than advertised. David was extremely proactive with instructions making it that much easier for us. The place was very clean, had everything we could possibly need and accommodated the 6 of us nicely. This place is affordable and close to many of ingonishs main attractions. Already planning next years trip!

David has provided a clean and comfortable location to make our experience even better than we could imagine. I could not find anything that was less than perfect. As a host David was excellent through the whole process from booking to checking out. I would recommend this property and host to anyone. David's place was great - three fairly large bedrooms, lots of room for clothes, comfy mattresses etc. Well equipped kitchen with lots of extras like spices, teas, condiments in the fridge. A very comfortable, quiet place for a family or group of travellers. David was a pleasant and attentive host - very responsive and even loaned us his thermometer when we thought a family member was running a fever. He also accommodated some last minute requests on our part. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing Kaye's Cozy Cottage.

Perfect location and David was a great host. The place was perfect for a weekend at the hill especially only being 15 mins away from Cape Smokey.
