This place was awesome. The pictures do not do it justice. It looks beautiful from the moment you drive up. It is fully equipped with everything you would want. The landscaping in the back yard is stunning with lights that come on at night to make it romantic. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a quick snack or a gourmet meal. The lake is just a quick walk from the backyard. Beds were very comfortable and there were enough for my family of 10. Sara was the best host we have experienced. We are already talking about going back next year.

Beautiful home!! Kids and grandkids loved the pool. Walking distance to the lake. It was very enjoyable!

Absolutely amazing vacation home just meters away from the lake! The pictures and description are accurate and our group has zero complains about the property and our stay. Great communication with Sara, easy check-in, incredibly well-equipped house and unbeatable location in the Heber Springs area. We'll happily go back.

Great place to stay for a large family or a family that needs “extra space”. Heads up: located in a dry county so stop on your way in for beer / wine / liquor (if needed). :)

Great house with tons of sleeping space and a great location close enough to Heber Springs for quick trips if needed, but also plenty of room to just spread out and have some down time with family or friends. We plan to go back!
