Gracie’s place is a small apartment that was added to an existing home yet is is very private. It features a large bedroom with attached full bathroom. The kitchen and living space are nice. There is not a dining table but the countertop bar is fine for meals. The kitchen has all the tools for fixing simple meals. Everything is clean and neat , the bed is very comfortable and the TV set is fantastic. I stayed six nights and enjoyed the privacy and being close to all the things I needed to do the Mansfield area. Gracie lives in the front part of the home but respects your privacy. She is very responsive if you need anything. I highly recommend.

Had a great stay at Gracie’s place! Our stay was 5 nights, so it was wonderful to have such a spacious place to stay…It’s literally like half the house!! Pretty centrally located between Dallas/FW/Arlington, so we were able to easily go any direction, but the neighborhood itself is peaceful and felt safe. Gracie’s place was very clean & private and we felt right at home. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
