Great spot! Easy to hop right onto Strollway and close to local campuses. Perfect distance to walk or bike downtown. Loved the Saturday Cobblestone farmers market just across the street. Quiet location, easy to access, Paige and Gordon were super responsive. Home was clean and had all the essentials.

Gordon and Paige are very friendly and responsive. However, I had a mixed experience at this location. The condo is new and, therefore, in good condition. However, as others have written about, I did experience a heavy smell of smoke that never left. The unit is quiet, resulting in me getting much-needed rest. Note to any single women - I did not feel this was a safe walking neighborhood. Be prepared to drive to eateries.

This is a very nice place, easy to find and offering convenient parking, with UNCCA and Old Salem a couple of decent restaurants in walkable distance and downtown a short drive away. Every Saturday, there's a farmer's market across the street that you might want include in your plans.

My recent stay at was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt at home. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches made all the difference. The host, Gordon And Paige provided clear instructions for check-in. It’s evident that they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. As for the space itself, it exceeded my expectations. Clean, cozy, and well-appointed, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also fantastic. Close to restaurants, stores, and a park. I was able to explore the area easily. Whether you’re a solo traveler, couple, or family, I highly recommend this Airbnb, and I can’t wait to return!
