The condo was lovely: very comfortable. We enjoyed the deck with the view of the trees and the sound of the stream. The fire made it even nicer for hanging out. The layout of the condo was perfect for our group. Everything you could need was there: just when you thought, “I wish they had . . . “ you found it right where you would want it to be! Great set up for ski gear.

We absolutely LOVED staying here. We did our annual mom’s weekend away and it was just as expected. The rooms were spacious, the pull out couch was so comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked! The open concept was awesome. The bunks in the second bed room was so fun. If we choose sun peaks next year we’ll definitely be back!

We much preferred staying in this condo then the local hotels! We had so much space, everything was fresh, the amenities were very helpful! Everything was very clean and the condo had so many nice touches like patio lights, and a BBQ! The ski lockers were more convenient then the hotels and checking in was much faster then hotels!

We cannot say enough about all the reasons why we loved our stay at 204 Kooks. It was thoughtfully equipped with everything that a guest at any age would need and enjoy. Expect top of the line luxurious appliances, linens, cutlery etc.. Top 3 highlights: the beautiful bunk bed, the hot tub overlooking a beautiful forested creek, and the drying cabinet!! Our favorite stay so far, thank you Rowyn & Tobias!
