Perfect location for a quiet family trip. We traveled with an almost two year old and wanted a family friendly experience. It was exactly what we expected. Steps from the beach and a short drive to food and stores. The condo is very clean and has all the basics you need. David had great communication. We would definitely stay again!

David was very accommodating with great communication. The property was amazing, the vieiw of the ocean incredible, we didn't want to leave. Not a thing I can complain about. The boardwalk to the beach was very close to the property and the grounds as well as the public beach access were pristine. The whole experience was better than expected. Will seek out David and his property next time we're in the area.

Wonderful stay with a four year old and two year old! My husband and I appreciated the lack of clutter and simple furniture and decor. Less for little hands to try to get in to! Condo was clean and super easy walk to the beach. Only sad part for my kiddos was that the condominium had cut off the heater to the pool the day before we arrived, so no swimming was able to be done!

We’ve stayed here twice now. It’s just steps from the white sand beach, a warm pool that goes indoor and outdoor and the place has everything you’ll need with a view of the ocean from the balcony. I saw dolphins drinking my morning coffee! Highly recommend!

Great location. Beautiful beaches. Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy our stay because it was hot in this condo. 76 degrees the entire stay. Could not make adjustments because had the system locked. We left a day early because we were just uncomfortable. There was also construction during our stay that stated at 6 am. This was not ideal after not getting any sleep because of sweating all night and being uncomfortable.
