Welcome to B. Turquesa-Adults only, where you can hear the sound of the ocean while you sleep. The lovely breeze is throughout the house and keeps you cool after spending your day on the beach or shopping in Sayulita's markets. Situated in the quiet North End of Sayulita, it is 8 min walk to the beach and a 15 min walk to the heart of Sayulita. The building is brand new with stunning architecture to leave you feeling like you are in the treetops and ocean views from the rooftop. **Please be aware there are construction sites in the area that may cause noise. Check recent reviews for latest status. Sayulita constantly has construction sites popping up throughout the town.** Bright, modern rooms in a whitewash finish with turquoise accents with private terraces and hammocks; a rooftop dipping pool and al fresco eating area with 360 degrees sweeping ocean and jungle views; the beach less than an eight-minute stroll away… There’s a lot to like about the adults-only B.Turquesa. Each room is on its own private floor with private entrance. You have an outdoor living room with bistro table, hammock chair and built-in lounge area. This connects to your bedroom with queen bed and ceiling to floor windows on two sides. The bedroom has both AC and overhead ceiling fan for your comfort. The entrance to your private spacious bathroom is through the bedroom. There is plenty of shelf space, closet space and a large walk-in shower. The rooftop is a shared space at the same level of the palm trees and feels like you are in the treetops. There is a small dipping pool to relax, pool loungers to get some sun and a seating area if you want to have some margaritas and catch the golden sunset light. Apartment was nice and has a very cool rooftop pool/coldtub area… very nice in the evenings & at night. I would recommend a golf cart or transportation vehicle if you are travelling with elderly or disabled. For us, it was walkable, with some nice food spots & cafes close by. We really enjoyed our stay!
Easy to find after being given instructions and pictures. We also received assistance quickly when the code for our room wasn't working. Shower towels and beach towels available. cute and welcoming interior.
It is a great location, they gave great directions which made it easy to find. Rooftop pool was cooler but super refreshing.A/c worked great and the room was open which made it feel like you were outdoors but had the option to close the blinds and doors for some privacy. Communication was great, we really had no complaints! Would recommend and stay again.
My husband and I stayed at the Selva room at Lamia’s & Rene’s and it was absolutely beautiful. Very quiet in the evening with serene background noises of nature. During the day the noise from the construction wasn’t so bad. We hardly heard a thing, if anything. Everything was walking distance but it does get a little tiring after walking back and forth to the town. My husband and I ended up renting a golf cart for the duration of our stay and it helped out a lot if you want to be able to get to point A and B. If you want to explore the South side of Sayuilta, we do recommend you rent a golf cart, it’ll be easier since it is about a 15 minute walk from the property. We loved every minute of our stay and if you rent a golf cart, Lamia and Rene have private parking in the front for you, where you can charge it overnight. Lamia and Rene were always there for us whenever we needed their help. The cherry on top was your own private balcony with a swing and the rooftop pool. Will visit again!
All problems - the address given is wrong, the instructions of how to find the village is complicated like a maze, you need to spent long time to find it…the housekeeper replies very slowly, the location is remoto and no lights at night, if only yourself stay here you have to go back before dark, kitchen not allow access there is no hot water at midnight, and the key box is broken .very uncomfortable experience, I can't fool myself to give 5 stars..

The property is located on the quiet North Side of town. While most of Sayulita is surrounded by construction during the day, our area of town is actually quiet at night. Where the property is located is surrounded by other residential buildings. A 8-min walk straight down the road will lead you to a quieter area of the beach close to Bar Mirama and Las Sirenas. There is also a small, 3 block stretch of commercial area of restaurants and stores in the North side. There are cafes, yoga studios, restaurants minimarts and pharmacies all within a 8-10 min walk. Also you must try the decadent French pastries are just down calle miramar!
Walking is the best way to explore Sayulita and access the beach. It is a small town that you can cross from one end to the other in 30-45 mins. It is also common to rent golfcarts and bicycles in town. If you have a car you can find easy parking in front of the property. Be warned parking a car in the town center can be challenging especially during weekends of holidays.
