Newly built apartments with dirty and broken furnitures . Will not recommend this place if you are travelling with family and on leisure.

Location was great and we had reasonable communication and easy instructions for check-in etc. Small store across the road which was super convenient. Apartment was somewhat clean (but not pristine). The layout of the living room was markedly different than pictured, and presented smaller than expected (we weren't placed in the ground floor apartment pictured). Sofa had damage and was stained (seemingly from previous guests) and seemed like on its last legs. We complained about this upon arrival, but wasn't seen to or remedied during our weekend stay. Beyond that we had all that we needed for a short stay. Bedrooms were comfortable and they'd kindly left a fan in the premises, which we absolutely needed!

The apartment is in a good location and we didn’t have any issues commuting to the city Centre or other places. The staff were really very helpful and considerate. The first week of our stay the weather was really hot and we requested to provide a fan which was immediately fulfilled by the team. It was delivered the very next day. Communication was very easy and queries were addressed to promptly. On the whole we had a very confortable stay and the place is well maintained.
