Lovely location. Clean and friendly. We had a great time. Be mindful of how much luggage you are bringing as you will need to carry up several flights of stairs. Nipun is a great host, responsive and checked on us throughout our stay. They have two very friendly dogs. Thank you.

Nipun and his parents were great hosts. They were very kind, helpful and easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Their property is surrounded by Mountains on all the sides offering surreal 360 views. And the sunset views from the Terrace were one of the best I’ve ever seen. Very thoughtful hosting, Plants and Two friendly dogs around gave that extra bit of peace and happiness. I went with my parents and stayed really comfortably for 3 nights. Will definitely go back on our next Dehradun visit. My parents felt like home and enjoyed the stay as much as I did. I was working remote during my visit and was really happy with the Internet speed. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Completely worth the money. 100% recommended.

Nipun has an amazing property, very close to paltan bazaar and all the nearby tourist locations, accessibility and location is perfect. the property was lovely, peaceful, calm and surroundings were utterly peaceful.❤️ our host was nipun's father who made our check in process smooth. ammeneties are way more than one cpuld expect. one who craves mental peace and ample spacious space to relax your nerves, must atleast stay once at Nipun's place. it felt like second home in deradun. must take your parents like i did, they loved the property as well.
