The place was amazing for two people, Daniel was very helpful and explained the check in and check out process very clearly. Apartment was very spacious, clean and cozy, perfect for us to come back at the end of the day to relax. The location was good for us, everything that we wanted to visit in Canberra was maximum 15 mins away. Daniel was very proactive and it was very easy to communicate with the host.

Daniel's very proactive and responsive making the check-in seemless as well as ensuring the stay is enjoyable. The place is kept very clean making it comfortable throughout the stay. Would recommend to others looking at staying in Belco or Canberra generally and will look at booking it again throughout the year.

I stayed for a little over a week and the apartment was perfect: comfortable bed, good workspace, quiet& safe complex with good facilities, great access to walks, transit, supermarkets and cafes/restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed for almost a month at Daniel's place and felt at home from the start. It has everything one may need, is comfortable and spacey for one or two people. The kitchen has all the essentials. The building also has a pool, a cozy barbecue area, and a small gym with basic equipment. Daniel was super responsive with all my questions. Very practical stay for those going to Uni Canberra! Would stay again any time and can only recommend this lovely flat.
