Lucian was very accomodating. Great host. he checked in with me before landing and when my flight was delayed, he remained in contact and was ready to receive me when i finally arrived. I did not stay in the room originally booked, i stayed in a private room. The location and amenities were great and I'd highly recommend booking his place!!

Although I didn’t get to stay at this location due to lack of information regarding entering the country prior to booking. St. Thomas was fully booked for my land date and Lucian’s place popped up for a great price. I booked it — He communicated very well and from my geographic research it was a great locating. I wish for a full refund for the honest misunderstanding but whatever. All and all it met my expectations enough to book it.

I stayed in Lucian's AirBnB for a week, in January 2022. It was great value, clean, and well located 4km NW of Road Town, so I could pop into town easily when I had meetings, etc. I would happily stay again if and when I return to BVI. You will need a hire car to access the property. For reference, I spoke to 4 hire car companies, and they quoted between $50 and $65 per day. The best value was Enterprise, who I went with. They are near to the pier if you're coming in by ferry. If you're doing so out of hours, you will need to get a taxi to/from Lucian's house. You're probably best getting competing quotes for that: there will be a range of taxi drivers by the pier when you arrive.
