The tropical oasis pool house was this weary travelers dream. Della and Aaron were very accommodating and responsive. I absolutely loved the creative design paired with cozy comforts and it had everything I needed. The pool house feels very private from the main house and is a safe and easy walk to buses, trains, restaurants and services. I would definitely stay at this lovely property again.

We had a fantastic stay here - Della is a warm and super helpful host, and the accomdation is beautiful and very well thought out. The location was great. We would love to stay here again!

If you are reading this, it’s time to book a stay at Della’s!! I’ve traveled quite a bit, but this was my favorite Airbnb EVER!! I honestly didn’t want to leave. It is a calming, gorgeous, healing OASIS and so centrally located. Della and Aaron’s hospitality was incredible and I IMMEDIATELY felt so at-home and so safe!! Cannot wait to book this place again. It truly was such a life-changing experience, do yourself a favor and book this if you can!! Thank you so much Della, I will cherish our time and conversations forever!!

This is a wonderful place to stay. It’s quiet, peaceful and in a lovely, safe neighbourhood. The swimming pool is an absolute bonus on a sunny day! Della & her husband welcomed us and were extremely friendly & helpful. We walked to Eden Park for the cricket in under 15 minutes and there are great public transport links to get into the city. The pool house is delightful and very well-equipped for a small place. We felt “at home” right away. Della’s dog, Banjo is a real cutie! Highly recommended and we’d come back again if visiting Auckland.

If you are reading this that means you are considering to book this gorgeous place. You are in luck because this stay was the highlight of my trip to Australia and New Zealand. First of all this beautiful and serene pool house is much better in person and pictures don't do it justice. The whole house was featured in New Zealand's edition of Homes and Gardens, and it's obvious why. I could not have been more grateful to these lovely hosts who decided to share this place on Airbnb. Airbnbs are pretty much hit or miss these days, but this one is a jackpot. The location is peaceful and great. There is a train stop that takes you downtown in minutes. There are buses but I didn't use them. Uber was inexpensive and plenty.
