Emily was a great host! She was very responsive and helpful in our communication with each other and the place was perfect for a peaceful weekend getaway. Would definitely come back for another stay.

Would highly recommend! The house was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We like to cook, even on vacation, and the kitchen had everything we needed. This is the 3rd house we have rented in Dover Bay and it is by far our favorite.

Perfect stay in Dover! If you are looking to stay in/near Sandpoint, Dover is a great option and Emily's is perfect! Minutes away from a beach, restaurant, and running trails. Perfect for families with little ones. Clean, friendly, and easy to find w/ covered parking. We've stayed here multiple times and plan to return!

First of all, it was a beautiful setting. One of us developed a cold and four rolls of toilet paper for five people for five days was meager. All of the hand washes were left to an inch. No one refilled them. Privacy! You need a curtain over the front door. The blankets on the downstairs Queen felt dirty. When is the last time all the bedding was washed? The advertising said we were on the water. It was a bit of a walk to the lake. We had a good family reunion with 50 people at the Dover complex. I am sure you want us to return and others like us.

We were in town for a wedding and wanted to be close to the venue so picked this cottage. Clear communication and instructions. Quiet and walkable area. Easy to drive to Sandpoint for groceries when needed. I think the price for the weekend we were here was higher than normal because of a summer concert in the area. But we still really enjoyed staying here.
