Great location and value for money. A few minor issues, including the kitchen tap leaking when turned on, and the outdoor furniture needing a good clean. It was such a shame that when we went to drop the keys back at 8:24am this morning the door to the real estate agency was locked. A receptionist inside mouthed “we are closed” through the glass door. We waited a few more minutes as a couple of other receptionists walked by the counter and looked at us. One then mouthed “be with you in a minute” through the locked glass door. When greeted at 8:29am by the receptionist that opened the door she said “we don’t open until 8:30am. You need to leave your key in the lock box around the corner”! Such a disappointing way to finish a lovely holiday. Certainly not going anywhere close to above and beyond in terms of friendly customer service, but maybe that’s what happens when you deal with a big agency instead of an owner or a host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s a great place in a quiet street. The house is clean and all the equipment is in perfect working condition.

Great house with plenty of room for everyone in a quiet street. Well equipped with everything you might need. Out the back the tiles are very slippery. Our grandkids feel over. Other than that it was a lovely stay. Wish we could of go a late check out.
