This could be a wonderful rental. Unfortunately, the upstairs bathroom was not finished. We were expected to CLEAN everything before we departed. And there was no dishwasher. How strange is that. Nice patio, but the backyard is a mess. It could be a beautiful backyard with minor trimming and landscaping. The house next door is a dump with trash everywhere. Scary. The stairs are steep and not suitable for an older person. The two upstairs bedrooms have been created out of an attic, with very low ceilings. I am 5' 6" and I kept hitting my head. I could not stand-up straight when I got out of bed. A tall person would have a terrible time. Something was wrong with the mattress; I kept rolling to the center. They have made this house look very nice, but they will need to finish it and maintain it. Heater works well, window air-conditioners for summer time.

Dan’s place was great. Clean and comfortable, with lots to do close by. We saw several deer grazing around the backyard in the mornings. Was definitely worth the price.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Cozy, beautiful, bright and pristine. The kitchen island was very spacious and the sunroom was wonderful for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning. With the snowy weather we didn't get a chance to enjoy the pretty patio, perhaps next time! Thank You!

Amazing place to settle in for a work week while traveling. Super comfortable, spacious and no clutter! Awesome recommendations- super clear instructions and an amazing sangria recipe in the kitchen!
