Wonderful comfortable home with high ceilings and beautiful views that felt very spacious for our group of 7, located in a gated subdivision with a community pool, tennis, ping pong and bocce ball. We loved its location in San Clemente just a couple of miles from the beaches and Dana Point Harbor, and very easy freeway access to all the beach cities in Orange County. The house is well laid out with a downstairs bedroom, very private and 2 large separate main level living spaces to spread out and not feel on top of each other. The master suite is spacious with en suite bathroom, while the back bedrooms are cozy and comfortable and share a bath. We particularly enjoyed the main level deck with an ocean view and outdoor fireplace - a great outdoor space to relax. We would recommend this home wholeheartedly and hope to return some day too!
