We loved this accommodation. It’s exactly like the website and Nikolaos laid on extra touches with a welcome pack of wine and nibbles and a fridge with milk and lots of water. There was an absolutely brilliant coffee machine. Nikolaos met us in person and explained everything from the air conditioning to the coffee machine and the washing machine. The kitchen was well stocked and dishwasher tabs and bin bags also provided. The house is immaculate. If you are a tennis lover then you can use the court and get private lessons from Nikolas too. The court is flood lit so you can play early or late when it’s cooler. The location is perfect. Stoupa and Kalogria is walkable as is Agios Nikolaos if you take the coastal path. It’s a good walk £20k steps. There is a supermarket and a great bakery within walking distance too. We recommend 360 for cocktails and Enigma for dinner. We will absolutely be booking here again ❤️❤️

What a beautiful villa, in a great location with a wonderful host. Its hard to describe in a review just how nice it is and how much as a family we enjoyed our stay. The pool area is amazing, the living areas are generous in size and its all very clean and tidy. All the fittings and appliances are to very high standard and in great condition. The location is perfect. It is a short walk from both beaches with two supermarkets two minutes away. Whilst you are close to the beaches, bars, and restaurants so you can pop out on foot for a drink, snack, or swim in the sea you are far enough away for it to be very quiet and private with no one overlooking you. Niko was just brilliant! A truly nice person who wants you to be happy and to enjoy his villas. Always available and always very helpful. You will not find a better host. I also couldn’t recommend having some tennis lessons with Niko enough. I hadn't intended on using the court but ended up having 5 lessons. All 5 Stars!!

This has to be one of the best villas that we have stayed in. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa (there is also a 2 bedroom villa next door) Location: The villa is perfectly located within easy walking distance of Stoupa (Stoupa and Kalogria beach are within a 10 minute stroll to get to) There are two supermarkets that sell everything you need (again within a 5-10 minute walk) The supermarket to the right of the villa sells cooked chickens and has a coffee shop (perfect for those iced lattes!) Stoupa has loads of wonderful restaurants and bars (very family friendly) We hired a car to get around; during our stay we visited Kardamyli, Agios Nikolaos and Limeni (40 minute drive) great to swim with the turtles! Villa: Luxurious. All bedrooms have fantastic ensuites. Fully equipped kitchen, bean to cup coffee machine. Washing machine, safe. Wine, chocolate and fruit on arrival. Amazing outdoor area (massive pool and BBQ) Niko cannot do enough, and is a very thoughtful host.

Nikolaos was the perfect host! The attention to detail was incredible. The pictures can’t actually convey how nice this property is. The pool and built in coffee maker were a big hit among our guests. The overall property is gorgeous and we’ll certainly book here again when we return.

We just spent a little over a week here for our family vacation! There were 6 of us-2 adults and 4 young kids! It was PERFECTION in so many ways. The location, the layout of the house, the space for everyone, the pool, the outdoor shower, the coffee machine(unbelievably cool), the coolest tennis court ever, and of course the best host! He greeted us the first day and came to say a personal good bye our last day. We were so happy to have picked this place! It was so close to the beaches and grocery stores-we walked everyday to the beaches and shops and restaurants down in the little village! He had special pool toys and goggles for the kids to use while we were there! He provided us with all that we needed! My daughter got a stain on her shirt and I asked about what stain remover we should get because the translate app didn’t work in the grocery store and when we got home from the beach it was there waiting for us! So kind os him. Best place ever! We will be back for sure.
