Lovely place, lovely area, locals were very friendly! My fiancé and I love playing frisbee together and every evening we would walk to this little park down the street and play. Eventually we had local kids and their families joining in on the frisbee fun, it was a really nice neighborhood with good people. The home itself was super cool, a very old and historic home with a lot of amenities for the guests to use inside like free netflix and all the kitchen utensils you would need. Loved sitting out on the back porch and enjoying the sun too. I have very happy memories staying here and Monica was very helpful and responsive along the way.

Monica was such an attentive, respectful and kind hosts we loved staying at her place for our extended health care travel contract. She put such care into the details of the apartment and it was cozy and homey for our winter stay here! Highly recommend.

My sister and I stayed at Monica’s Sapphire in the Loop and were so grateful we did! The neighborhood is just beautiful, it was like being greeted with a warm hug each time we drove through. Her home was just lovely and we immediately felt welcomed there. Monica has an eye for details within her home and for her guests. She was always available and responded quickly for any questions we had while there. We will stay here again if the opportunity ever presents itself. You will not regret choosing this home and location!

Monica and her home were exactly what I needed in a period of transition. I found Monica and her home to be a safe haven and spot on for my needs at the time. I truly felt like I had a partner in Monica every step of the way. She prioritizes hosting in a way that makes you feel cared for and shows up in every instance. When challenges arose, she was super helpful, responsive, and took ownership. In good times, she's thoughtful about the little details to make it even better. I highly recommend a stay with Monica and this property specifically. What was great for my mental health was access to outdoor space via a balcony and a patio. My neighbors downstairs were awesome and collaborated with me on parking since we share a driveway. Monica was pivotal in facilitating success yet understands balance with privacy and time to process. STL is my home, and I am traveling around a bit now. When I come back to stay for a while in STL, Monica will be one of the first calls I make! Period!

Amazing little place! Very detailed oriented, little extras everywhere to make it feel like home and so much space. Perfect for a short weekend or a long term stay. Quiet, safe neighborhood, which I found great for walking.
