This wasn't our first stay here and won't be our last. This house (double-house!) is perfect for our large group. Plenty of room for everyone, even when we're all hanging out at the house during the day. The house has everything you'd need for your stay, full coffee bar, washer/dryer, tvs all over the place, chairs and wagon for the beach, and brand new fresh linens everywhere. The place is only 2 blocks down to the main drag, and about 50 yards to DQ. There is a bit of road noise at the moment for the two rooms at the front of the house, FYI...that will change once the bridge is back in service downtown and the detour is no longer necessary. We will absolutely be back. Thanks!

The house is amazing and huge! We had a group of 12 and never felt like we were stepping over each other. Two big tables gives everyone a seat for meals, as well as a place to play with the supply of cards and board games. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, plates and bowls; they even had a crockpot and pancake griddle. It’s a very short walk to the Main street of Manistee, lots of little shops there. The beach is a bit further, but there’s a lovely boardwalk along the river I’d recommend using if you have the chance. Overall, Amy was a very gracious, pleasant and responsive host. We had no problems with communication, and she answered every question I had. We would happily stay with her again!

This house was a perfect find for our large group ranging from toddlers to older adults. Excellent value, super fast communication from the host. Best equipped airbnb I've stayed at, and that's out of many! Plenty of supplies like TP and paper towels as well as extra towels, kitchen supplies of all kinds, condiments, food storage, beach towels, toys. Beds were neatly made up, everything very clean, two living rooms and dining rooms, coffee. The house was way fun for the kids playing hide and seek and the teens enjoyed foosball. Everyone enjoyed being around the corner from downtown and the riverwalk (and across the street from DQ, woohoo!) And for the nature lovers and explorers among us, a great jumping off point for tons of spectacular hiking, birdwatching, close enough to Sleeping Bear. Nicely marked bicycle routes in the area. Bike to Magoon Creek Natural Area! Tip: Earplugs if you're a light sleeper as this historic house has creaky floors/doors and not much soundproofing.

Lovely home with lots of space, we really enjoyed the amenities and the outdoor space as well. We had a nice bonfire out back every night of our stay. Thank you so much, we would definitely stay here again.
