100% I would stay again, it's an immaculate annex in a beautiful location I highly recommend a stay there. well worth the cost.

A very comfortable place to stay, which was spotlessly clean. Very generous welcome package of tea, coffee, bread, butter, cereals, milk and more. Lovely quiet spot, with off-road parking. Perfect location, within walking distance of the many amenities Braunton has to offer. An excellent base to discover the rest of North Devon. Thank you, Sarah.

Lovely night’s stay in Sarah’s place - clean, comfy bed, lovely river views and nice little touches like breakfast bits left and good recommendations of places to eat in the info book.

From the point of booking, Sarah was super helpful and responsive. I had an accident prior to my stay and contacted Sarah, to ask if it was ok to have my vehicle dropped off early, she was responsive and understanding, and helped make a challenging day alot better. Thank you so much. Was so nice to wake up to the sun streaming in, the sound of the river and birds singing. Highly recommend Sarah's beautiful place, walking distance from town, peaceful location and just as described. I'll definitely book again
