Transports en commun à 5 min à pied ( tram et bus)
Quartier résidentiel près de restaurants et magasins.
En ville mais loin du bruit de la ville.

Vous pouvez vous garer dans la rue avec un disque bleu gratuitement pendant deux heures. Le parking est gratuit entre 18h et 9h du matin. Si vous souhaitez vous garer plus longuement durant la journée, il faut se parquer dans les rues non payantes à 5-7 min à pied de la maison. Je vous donne la carte avec les rues ou le stationnement est gratuit.
Parfois le soir c’est un peu plus compliqué de se parquer.
Vous pouvez tout faire à pied ou en transport en commun. (Restaurants, supérettes, presse, boulangerie à 5 min à pied)
Tout se situe près de la place wiener (magasins et transports)
Pour aller rejoindre la grand place de Bruxelles. Il y a le bus 95 direction grand place (arrêt wiener) à 5 min qui va jusqu’au centre ville. Attention environ. 35-40 min en transport pour être au centre.
Le tram 8 (direction Louise) va jusqu’à l’avenue Louise où vous pourrez faire du shopping.
Pour prendre le métro c’est la station Herman debroux à 10 min en tram (tram 8 direction roodebeek)

You can park on the street with a blue disc for free for two hours. Parking is free between 6 p.m. and 9 a.m. If you want to park longer during the day, you have to park in the non-paying streets 5-7 min walk from the house. I give you the map with the free streets.
Sometimes in the evening it is a little more complicated to park.
You can do everything by walk (restaurants, grocery, pressshop, bakery at 5 min walk)
Everything is around place Wiener (transport and shops)
To go to the « grand place of Brussels » there is à direct bus. Bus 95 direction « grand place » at the busstation « wiener ».
To go avenue Louise for shopping and having a Nice view on brussels take the tram 8 at station « wiener » direction «  Louise »
To take the metro at the station Herman debroux take the tram 8 direction « roodebeek ». It’s 10 min with the tram to the station.
