The open floor plan boasts a high-end chef’s kitchen, flat-screen TVs in every room, Wi-Fi, and everything else needed for the ultimate getaway! Soak in the plunge pool, relax on multiple outdoor lounges, and enjoy views from the 3rd-floor roof deck from Mission Bay and to Downtown San Diego. A full built-in outdoor grill and wet bar are readily available for hosting sunset dinners with a view. The house was lovely. It was a great location. Wonderful area to have dogs and walk them. The only negatives was the listing said they had to blowup mattresses and they did not and they were a little slow to respond, but otherwise everything was wonderful and would recommend it to, anyone.

Absolutely Amazing place!!! The neighborhood is great, we felt right at home. We enjoyed our daily walks along side the water and grabbing coffee at ground bean bar. Everything was perfect and peaceful. Ted is a class act… we can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend!!!

Ted’s house was a perfect beautiful modern home for my family of 10 people total. Ted was super responsive and flexible with an early check-in, and when we were missing or lacking things, he responded right away, apologized and took care of it immediately. We were able to cook meals with fully stocked kitchen items. There were 2 sets of washer/dryers which definitely came in handy with our kids in tow. The best part was the “secret garden” like staircase that led up to the rooftop, where we able to view the Seaworld fireworks at night! The location was perfect and walkable to Mission Bay, where me and my husband did our morning jogs. There was also a playground nearby for the kids, a huge plus! The parking garage in the back had one space for one of our cars, however there was plenty of street parking for the other car. All in all, we felt safe in the neighborhood, and we can’t wait to stay here again! Thanks Ted!!
