Kevin's place was perfect! it was a home away from home and I couldn't have asked for a better one. He gave us wonderful recommendations for great things to do around the area and tasty things to eat. I thank you him for such an experience and when I go back to PR there is only one house I will be staying in.. thank you Kevin for making my birthday memorable

Gated Community. Host very responsive and super helpful. Place looks just like the pictures. Super spacious. Clean pool and Jacuzzi. Quiet area. Beautiful views in yard.

Amazing view, beautiful house with all needed for a great vacation as described. Communication was great, easy access to the house, the community is beautiful and safe. The house is better than the pictures. We really enjoy our stay.

This home was truly a little slice of heaven. We enjoyed being there so much, we had to force ourselves to leave to check out the beaches. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor living to. its fullest. Each morning was spent sitting on the outdoor couches or porch swings listening to the sound of all the tropical birds, feeling the island breeze, and surrounded by the lush greenery of the property. The pool is just the right size, and overlooks the view of the trees and a slice of the ocean at the horizon. We enjoyed eating at some of the delicious spots in Luquillo and Fajardo for meals, but just as much enjoyed grilling on the deck and having all the amenities of cooking a great meal at home. We bothered Kevin, nearly a dozen times with questions, as well as request to extend our stay by two nights, and he was always quick to respond and so helpful and kind. We would definitely return to Kevin's home. We had a memorable and relaxing vacation!
