The Cow Tipper was perfect for our group of 4 couples. It was clean, spacious and the communication was clear and easy. we absolutely loved the front porch, walking to local coffee spot and being close to everything! We would totally stay again!

Wicked good place to stay and a little oasis in the city. There was a little issue with the hot tub at first, but they were first class in response and went above and beyond for the stay. The hot tub at the end was amazing, the fire pit was spot on, and enjoyed grilling and more.
Matt and Mariah’s listing was absolutely perfect for my friends and I as we stayed there during our friend’s wedding weekend. The home was spotless when we arrived and felt like home. We took a walk of the neighborhood and really loved the energy, and visited a local businesses while we were here. We really loved the hot tub and screened in porch. Thank you for an amazing time!
Great house in a great location! The interior has been recently updated and maintained well. The bedrooms were roomy, and the game room was fun! The hot was cozy and it was the perfect way to unwind from a long day. If I am ever passing through Des Moines again, I will definitely be staying here!

Hey! Matt and Mariah here. We are couple of entrepreneurs that enjoy getting our hands into projects. When we aren’t updating, renovating, or building something, we are wrangling up our 4 beautiful children. For fun, we love to travel and explore new places. Otherwise, you will find us outdoors with our horse/dogs, riding ATVs, and spending evenings around a bonfire with close friends or family. We look forward to getting to know you!
