Location was beautiful, house is well maintained. The electric was a little quirky and a smoke alarm started chirping right as we started our meeting, but here's the thing: the management service was helpful and sent someone out quickly. They turned a potential problem into a service opportunity, and they passed with flying colors. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

We are 12 elder members of a large family from regions across the country. This house was so perfect. It's in a peaceful neighborhood. We all had space within the house for privacy or for gathering. Our fishermen made use of the dock or took the golf cart out to the beach. The rest of us did the easy walk to the ocean or just enjoyed sunny visiting on the variety of decks. At a time when beach houses are being constructed and packed close together, this is a hidden gem!
