Amazing! Absolutely amazing... beautiful view and balcony was very comfortable and spacious. I had to force myself to leave the room at times. service was spectacular and place was exactly as described, if not better. would 100% stay here again and again.

Great time and beautiful location. Cleanliness and AC need to be updated. The ac units air was Luke warm and the bathroom ac and bedroom ac were very low even after it was checked out by maintenance but thankfully there were fans and extra air units . The mattress had a black stain under the pillow area but was cleaned immediately after I told the agent. Two cleaning ladies walked in without my consent one day but Five star was happy to resolve that issue.

Loved our time here! It was excellent. Beautiful location, amazing condo with the most perfect balcony. The rooftop pool and beach with lounge chairs and service were highlights of the amenities. Check in was a little difficult because we got there early and couldn’t get a hold of anyone but the staff was helpful!

Was not a very pleasant experience for the communication with the host , got very slow respond , sometime after 24 hour or no respond at all ! At the beginning, the chair and sofa have a lot of stain on them , made me very uncomfortable, but they’ve send the Maid to do a deeper cleaning job after two days . It’s a very nice condo at the best location, just need to clean better before the guest check in no matter how busy it is . And the attitude of the host should be nicer .

This was my 3rd time staying at this resort. The condo, the resort, the location was all amazing. I will most definitely recommend. Also, it’s so much cheaper than booking with the resort itself.
