Lu’s place was absolutely beautiful - the thoughtful design details made it feel so special. It was cleaned daily and looked even nicer than the photos do. It was an easy 10-15 min walk into town (one slightly steep hill, but wouldn’t be an issue for most!). Free parking right beside the apartment. Lu was very helpful and responsive. My only heads up is that the units are right beside each other, and across from Lu’s place. They’re all set within a leafy garden, so we never felt cramped, but this set-up wasn’t immediately clear when we booked. Would 100% recommend this spot - we had an amazing stay!

This is a very nice unit. Essentially one room with a partially outdoor bathroom. Good fixtures and well-thought-out design - lots of glass. It is bit of awalk from restaurants and shops, especially with the heat during our stay and a fairly steep hill leading up. It doesn't have a kitchen, just a compact refrigerator. We typically choose Air Bnbs over hotels because we like cooking beakfast in. But a really cool place to stay.

The room itself is beautiful and very cozy, all the attention to detail was recognized and added to the great vibe of the space. There is a very steep hill you need to walk down and up to get to the beach or town and it takes about 18min, it is doable but it is very dusty (for the ladies do not wear your best shoes), other than that, Lu is a great host, very responsive and will meet all needs requested. Very relaxing vibe, comfy bed, and the space makes a great place to relax after a day in town or at the beach as well for a goods night sleep, I would recommend Lu's place to stay in Tamarindo

Lu’s place was perfect for our stop in Tamarindo. The outdoor space with a private pool and deck was perfect for hanging out. The accommodations were just as pictured
