Great place for the money. It is in walking distance to the main road but if you dont want to walk you can take a Jeepney or tricab. They run by the main entrance frequently. Laundry facilities are a available and are super close. My check in was at 1 am since my flight arrived at midnight. Lenny was great at giving instructions and changing my check in time to accommodate my flight.

Great place, fantastic location, plenty of transportation. Responsive and friendly hosts. Will definitely stay here again.

“EXCEPTIONAL” I booked this condo for my brother’s trip to davao and what really amazed me was how the check in process is so easy. Since he arrived at midnight; it is so convenient that the door lock is keyless (smartlock), the guards are informed, place is so easy to locate, and Leny stayed online to assure that my brother got inside the condo smoothly. (The place is so neat, comfy, quiet and close to airport as well) The host is so nice, friendly, she responds quickly and she is so helpful. I would like to say a special thanks to the host - Leny, for letting my baby brother checkout late until his flight schedule, it is really a big help! That is so unexpected, thank you for being very considerate. Hope i get to stay at your place too once i visit davao! I am looking forward to it!! 🤍

very nice place within walking distance to stores and never a problem getting a taxi or trike, just remember they are very strict about parking if you have a car the security is right on top of things but very friendly. there's a store and laundry in the complex that is open till 10pm every day and has it done in a few hrs for a nice price , a very good place probablywill be back
