Neglected & needs a deep clean & active smoke alarms. Rusted entry gate with tiny bits that can cut. KTCH: Always dirty kitchen, table, floor counters, sink, stovetop. Old utensils, useless knives. One fridge for 6 people was not enough. LV ROOM : Not welcoming. Chairs everywhere, boxes, storage, TV didn’t work. Never cleaned. BASEMENT: hoarder-style junk floor to ceiling; only long narrow path to access wash/dry & outside. Evidence of rodent nesting. COURTYARD: Unwelcoming -rusted junk: gas grill, bike, mower. Jagger bushes creeping to concrete, huge dead leaves all over. Horrible for dogs. BED/Private BATH:Shower tiles, curtain, & floor not cleaned. No bathmat or hooks. Rotten floor by shower. Uncomfortable bed. Pillowcases - decorative, not normal. Dresser old, falling apart , small desk also falling apart. SMOKE ALARMS: once, all alarms went off for ? reason, owner just took them all off, never put back. ME: not a clean freak, grew up on farm. expect basic clean & upkeep

Sam's place is in a great location with Ross, Chipotle, and Lucky (grocery store) sitting the next block over. There's plenty of parking but make sure to move your car on street sweeping days. Water temperature/pressure were both good and the internet was fast. I enjoyed having access to the basement washer/dryer and the kitchen for cooking food. Sam is very hospitable.

Sam is a nice person and easy to communicate with. I enjoyed my stay at Sam’s place.
