Great house, easy to get to places, there was no tv in the queen room but that wasnt a big deal. No complaints. Suggestions for future guests- If you plan on cooking , open the door or windows. The smoke detectors are VERY sensitive. They went off anytime we used the stove or oven but once we figuted it out, we just cracked the door and windows. The house was very clean, if you are sensitive/allergic to smells or detergents, you may want to bring your own blankets, towels etc or buy hypoallergenic detergent to wash, they are heavily scented. Again, no complaints just suggestions. Overall great experience and would stay again. Thank you Rick for accommodating our family.

We spend 5 days here for Spring Break. It was a great location. Easy access to the freeway. It’s close to gas stations, restaurants and centrally located for all the locations we went to do. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had almost all we needed. When we reached out to Rick he responded quickly, friendly and happy to help. He got what was needed in a timely manner. I highly recommend this home for your stay. I know we will definitely stay again! Thanks Rick!!

Had a great time living at Rick’s house the house was very spacious clean and in a great location. I will stay at Rick’s place again when visiting Fort Worth or the area and would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit the area. Thanks again Rick.
