This was the perfect location for our ladies weekend. Very clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Easy walk to town and shops.

The home is even more beautiful than the pictures, and it is HUGE! The yard is beautiful and my kids loved the swings. There are a few items that were more nits than anything else. I gave 4 stars on value because of these things. For the price, I was disappointed in these issues: 1)Beds were super comfy, but the "main" bedroom bed was only a full, not even a queen-way too small for 2 grown adults. 2)The first morning was chilly and I wanted to turn on the gas fireplace to take the chill out and enjoy the ambiance, but when I flipped the switch, it did not turn on. All of the knobs were "off", and I didn't feel like messing with it. Then I went to turn on the alternate heat which is controlled by a remote and the batteries were dead. Very frustrating first morning of vacation. 3)Having to wash AND dry all towels with a 10am checkout, which is not described in the posting but only provided after booking. Made for a very hectic morning. Not a fun way to end vacation.

We loved staying at Lara's. The location was fabulous, house comfortably kept, and adorable. I loved being able to walk down town! Lara's house provided us with a central location to meet up with family, have meals, play games, and watch the turkeys (real ones!). I would DEFINITELY stay again. This was our second stay- (with old friends this time instead of family). Had a wonderful visit on a cold January long weekend and our friends (who are also Airbnb hosts) loved the house. Such a great off-season spot: super cozy, great for sitting around the warm stove late into the night. We walked to town for dinner and saw the turkeys sleeping in the trees!! Thank you for another fantastic and memorable weekend!
