Really enjoyed our stay. The flat was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. Great base to explore the North Norfolk coast. Helpful amenities close-by and short walk to lovely pub. Would stay again.

Very relaxing, comfortable living room and interior. Attention to detail was amazing! Definitely worth the money. I would recommend to anyone who is travelling to Cromer and doesnt want to stay in a very expensive hotel.

Cool, modern and clean flat. We really enjoyed our stay at Martin's flat. Is it was in an ideal location near to Cromer and Sheringham Park National Trust. We liked all the quirky artwork, furniture and finishing touches. Our kids especially loved their room with lots of bean bags, Banksy stickers and artwork around the flat and games to play with. We met Martin a few times and he was really friendly and helpful. It was handy being above a garage shop to buy food when required. The staff in the petrol station were really friendly, chatty and offered to help in any way if we needed something. We would love to stay again.
