Discover amazing Sardinia while relaxing with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The villa is located in a strategic location close to the most beautiful and renowned beaches of the area. The villa is only 1.8 km from the breath-taking beaches of fine white sand of Lu Impostu and La Cinta. Cala Brandinchi, known as “Europe’s Maldives” is also very close. It is fully and finely furnished and equipped with all comforts. It has a very nice private garden and a lovely patio to enjoy the quietness of nature while breathing the scented sea breeze. From the big terrace on the top floor you will enjoy a wonderful sea view on La Cinta Bay (no vis-à-vis), swinging in the hammock. Ground floor: the open space features a small but fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge and freezer; a cosy living area with a large smart TV; a bathroom with Italian shower. Garden and Patio: furnished with brand new outdoor furniture. Top floor: the master bedroom opens onto a bright terrace with a hammock; a second bedroom; another bathroom with Italian shower. Laundry Room: located outside on one side of the house and is equipped with washing machine and detergents. This place is suitable for couples and families with children.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in Ruhiger Lage. Viele schöne Orte nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Cristina war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns immer geholfen. Gerne wieder.

An amazing house and location. Quiet village and access to all attractions nearby. Good restaurants close by. Easy drive from the airport. Thank you for a wonderful stay we didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back.

We had a great time in Christina’s apartment. The apartment is located in a beautiful area, in a beautiful city, with the most beautiful beaches nearby. The house was clean, with all facility’s you need. Christina was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. We recommend and we will come back

Bardzo ładny dom idealnie wyposażony we wszystko co może być potrzebne , super działające wifi oraz wszelakie sprzęty plażowe jak krzesełka, parasole itd . Dom znajduje się w super lokalizacji w okolicach wielu bardzo ładnych i topowych sardyńskich plaż w zasięgu 6-10 min jazdy samochodem . Jednocześnie jest to bardzo ciche i spokojne miejsce doskonałe do wypoczynku i relaksu wieczorem na tarasie można posłuchać cykad ... Podsumowując śmiało mogę polecić go każdemu . Pozdrawiam Cristine i do zobaczenia na pewno wrócimy .

Le logement de Cristina est très bien aménagé avec une jolie de décoration. La terrasse à l étage est un plus. Le logement est bien climatisé et était très propre à notre arrivée. Il est situé à proximité des très belles plages de San Teodoro accessibles rapidement en voiture mais uniquement sur réservation pour les plus prisées. Comme cela apparaît sur les photos, le logement est mitoyen des deux côtés. La terrasse du RDC manque donc d un peu d intimité.

The villa is part of the condominium Li Casi Bianchi and is very conveniently located in the small village of Lu Fraili, where you will find a small but fully stocked supermarket (with local delicacies), a bar, a hairdresser and a restaurant.
In the neighbouring village of Puntaldia you will find fine restaurants, pizzerias, shops, beauty center and a drugstore. The teeming town of San Teodoro, with all its services, is about 4 km away.

It is recommended to have a car or a bike to explore the area. You can also use the Beach Bus (active from mid-June to September), as the bus stop is conveniently located just outside the condominium.
