Bel appartement, ensoleillé et bien équipé. Immeuble calme et tranquille, appartement propre, literie très confortable. L'endroit est sympathique et bien placé pour se déplacer sur Paris. Hôte de qualité, réactif et agréable. Le grand balcon avec vue bien dégagée est un vrai plus ! J'y reviendrai volontiers.

when I first arrive so many things were unacceptable so I on day 2 of my stay I had a list. moldy smell from the washing machine really dirty shower curtain the hair dryer was a brush not a blower s not sanitary luckily the host helped me out with that but then I discovered more filth throughout the apartment the walls had food splatter the plates had leftover food the floor was sooo dusty the towels were so cheap and not comfortable (thank goodness I had my own) there was no serving spoon the wine openers were rusted the heating system wasn't enough for me on really cold days the neighbors smoke a lot and the bathroom usually smelled of cigarettes the water to shower went cold fast so the days I wanted to wash my hair I had to take two separate showers so that I wouldn't freeze the mini fridge had no freezer since I had already complained I just cleaned up to make my stay comfortable but I cut my stay shorter and ask for some sort of reimbursement and was denied.

Coraline was a great host, well spoken and kind. Despite the slight language barrier we were able to communicate effectively. The location is great and easy to get around from. Easy to get to Gare Du Nord, and therefore there rest of Paris. Perfect for those coming into Paris by Train. The place does attract dust however, despite my best efforts to clean, i think its just the location in general. Other than that, its a great place! Id recommend it for those looking to commute to Paris every week. Merci Coraline!

This apartment is in a tremendous neighborhood with an easy walk to local patisseries, bakeries and boucheries. The public transportation means movement into Paris in under an hour but why go? The nearby Enghien area provides the same feeling and amenities, plus a casino if so inclined. The apartment has a lovely balcony ideal for an outdoor lunch or supper (under cover in case of rain) with a beautiful view. A larger grocery store is a ten-minute walk through a gorgeous park. .
