We had the most wonderful stay at Jim & Kim’s house! It was so spacious and exactly like the pictures. The location is perfect with the pool and lagoon in the back yard. It was great for our large group! Jim & Kim we’re both amazing hosts- very prompt on communicating and so kind! They accommodated an early check in and late check out as well with no problems. Would absolutely go back!

Jim’s home in Mantoloking can only be described one way, paradise! The location is simply amazing with the most breathtaking sunsets. We were right around the corner from beautiful beaches, shops and great restaurants! The house was so perfect for entertaining, and the kitchen had everything we needed, probably stocked better than my own kitchen! I always bring my own cleaning supplies to a Vrbo or air bnb, and Jim’s home was so clean that I didn’t even feel the need to do any of my own cleaning. The main area was so spacious for everyone to hang out for meals and visiting, and there was also the option for each of us to have our own space when it was needed. The backyard, lagoon and pool area is stunning! My only complaint is that it is March so we didn’t get to use it! Next time. Beautiful, clean rental with very responsive owner - my family highly recommends!

5 stars! I cannot recommend the property enough. The house was spacious, clean and the perfect spot to host my family of six adults (with a dog) with plenty of room to spare. All accommodations were as advertised and Jim made himself available for any questions that arose. I would definitely stay at this property again and encourage everyone considering staying here to take the plunge! Well worth it.

My stay can be summarized with 3 letters: O M G!!! The house is more beautiful than advertised and so spacious, was the perfect place to host my family. The hospitality displayed by Jim and Kim was absolutely amazing. Our stay was so turnkey with all the amenities, made hosting the holiday a lot easier then usual. Looking forward to my next opportunity to stay here.
