The place it located in the beautiful town of Munising, really close to the Pictured Rocks boat port. Got great living conditions, really tidy and clean. Erin is very considerate, giving us all the travelling tips nearby, so that we did not spend any other effort looking for food and places to go. The only note I would say is that the place is located right above a bar, which could bring a bit noise if you sleep early. Generally, its really great experience, would love to come again.

Check in was super easy. The bar downstairs was great and not that loud at all. It was very clean. And the pictures were accurate. My only issue was the bunk bed. We had 4 adults so one person had to sleep on top, which was not a big deal but it was super loud. I was on the bottom and every time the person above me moved even a tiny bit the bed made a lot of noise. It did not feel unsafe at all but the loud noises with every move were definitely noticeable to both of us. Not sure why because we’ve done bunk beds in other places and never had this issue before. But that’s the only issue. I’d def recommend the place if the bunk bed issue is not something that would bother you.

Munising is peak small tourist town America and this is an excellent place to stay. Hills. Water. And a cozy place to stay with friends who want to enjoy this treat of an area.

This was our first Airbnb trip and it was fantastic! Will do it again. The location and apartment were just as expected. Walking distance to stores, food and docks. Erin was great! She had area information available in the room. The apartment is above a bar and she provided ear plugs and a sound machine which were perfect and so helpful! Highly recommend staying here.

location was great, across street from pictured rocks boat tours, above a bar, walking distance or very close to to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, gas stations, excursions and beaches. apartment was well stocked with basic essentials to help prepare meals. good supply of towels and linens. place was clean, easy to find and easy to get in to. appreciated the fans, noise machines and ear plugs as you can hear the music from Whiskey Dick's bar until about 2am. Erin gave great recommendations for area. daughter and her friend were going to kayak but it rained. price was a little high, but it was clean and met our needs for a long weekend. we didn't really like that the main doors to get into building didn't lock, but otherwise seemed safe. stairs not a problem for us, but just beware of a decent flight of old stairs up to the apartment.
