I cannot say enough good things about this property and the owners! Before we even arrived they reached out with very specific instructions, including photos, of how to enter the driveway so as not to be confused with the GPS instructions. The response time was always extremely prompt. The property was so serene and peaceful, the yard was so beautifully manicured with amazing landscaping and the goats are adorable ♥️The inside of this home neatly organized and clean but so comfortable and homey. We felt so welcome here, so many heartfelt touches to make guests feel so at home. Truly a house filled with joy and love! If you are looking for a home away from home in the state college area look no further!

Great space to stay for a weekend visiting Penn State for a football game. Easily accommodated our group and a short 15-20 minute drive to the campus.

A great place to stay for our Penn State weekend. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our 8 guests ( 4couples). The house was very clean, comfortable and well supplied for what we needed. It was about 30 minutes to parking lot 11. Uber is also available to the lots and stadium from the house. We enjoyed staying outside of the busy campus area. The front and back porch were a great gathering place outside and the views were beautiful. I would recommend it.

Very nice place for great family moments. I rent a house and found a home. The place was just perfect for what I came for. Congratulations to Elmers for a well-done job with this place.
