The hot tub (if equipped) is ready year round and swimming pool during season. We are an animal rescue & your pets are welcome (must be animal friendly or restricted to cabin & back yard) $40.00 one-time pet cleaning fee is required prior to arrival. Guests are welcome to use our private drive and hiking/running trails. Guests are welcome to fish in our stocked ponds (catch and release only.) We are willing to help accommodate special occasions, such as weddings, reunions, or any other special occasion, with advanced notice (Please use our “Special Event” listing on Air BnB under Serenity Acres Sanctuary Special Events) NOTICE: the standard booking for “guest house” is for one guest; additional guests are $35.00 per person and only with advanced notice (at least 24 hrs; which allows us to plan for extra linens, breakfasts, and other complimentary items.) additionally, guest pets, single or multiple, are welcome (your pet MUST be friendly to other dogs/cats or be restricted to inside the cabin and back yard only.) An additional $40.00 will be charged for clean up/maintenance fees (please contact host for details prior to your arrival.)
