Joshua was an incredible host. I had a few issues that cropped up throughout my stay and Joshua was onto them that day. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at home. The property was fantastic, the location was incredible and I had an amazing stay. I recommend this property to anyone visiting Sydney for an extended period of time. The location is close to the city, the beaches and right on the water, all while being located in a quiet street, opposite parks and cafes. I wish I could stay longer. Hopefully I will be back soon.

From the moment we booked Joshua was easy to communicate with and very helpful about the apartment. Instructions to gain access were very clear and easy to follow. Apartment in a great location with light filled rooms and a view of the water. Close to public transport and easy walking to get coffee nearby. Kitchen had everything we needed. 2 tvs and books to read was an added bonus of this apartment. Very comfortable and in a very quiet location. Would recommend as a great place to stay

Enjoyed the place and the neighborhood. Josh is highly responsive and the apartment is functional. We did run into a few issues, which Josh worked hard to correct. There were only 2 towels for a long stay, and also the bathroom sink and bathtub both didn’t drain effectively / backed up. Josh brought in a plumber, so credit to him for responsiveness but overall had to say this was 4 stars not 5 given the hassle

Our stay at Joshua’s place was great. Train and bus was walkable, and we enjoyed our time there. There were a few things that could have been better. The drains in the entire apartment didn’t drain efficiently which we were informed was a building issue but did make showering much less enjoyable. Also the WiFi barely worked, as only one device was usable on it at a time. The place was also a bit dusty and it didn’t seem like the floors had been swept or cleaned in a while, especially in the kitchen area. But despite these issues, Joshua was a great host and his place is situated beautifully on Darling Harbor just across the street from a yacht club and a nice park. We felt safe and very welcomed and would recommend Joshua’s place for the value!
