Das Appartement t ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet; die Aussicht ist spektakulär. Der Service und Gastfreundlichkeit waren tadellos.Der Preis von 342€ pro Nacht war allerdings etwas zu teuer; die Bauweise des Gebäudes ist einfach; Schall- und Wärmeschutz gibt es nicht; ebenfalls ist keine Heizung eingebaut. Wir waren im Jan und nachts war die Außentemperatur relativ kühl (14 C).

My partner and I stayed for 6 wonderful nights. All units have incredible views of the beach. We loved having a little stove for making breakfast and snacks. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The palapa bar was a nice surprise. It was also nice to have filtered water available. You definitely need a car to get here- it is the safest way to get from the main road to the property. There was a pack of aggressive dogs that chewed up and damaged our bumper a couple of times coming back. Not at all Amanda’s fault, just writing to warn about safety. We loved our trip and will absolutely be back again!

Our neighborhood, La Poza, is named after the adjacent lagoon. The La Poza lagoon, which is a mixture of fresh and saltwater, attracts all kinds of birds seasonally which makes it a birdwatcher's paradise. The La Poza neighborhood is sparsely populated, has funky dirt streets and just a smattering of colorful homes. Restaurants and shops are just an 8 minute car ride into town.
HOW FAR IS THE PROPERTY FROM TOWN?
The town is about a 8 - 10 minute drive from the villas. It is about a 30 minute walk.
DO I NEED TO RENT A CAR?
Since we are off the beaten path over near the ocean, having a rental car is very highly suggested.
CAN I WALK TO THE BEACH FROM THE VILLAS?
Yes, there is a dirt path down the hillside that leads over to the beach. It is about a 5-8 min hike.
CAN I SWIM AT THE BEACH ADJACENT TO THE PROPERTY?
La Poza beach, which is located below our property is NOT a swimming beach. It is gorgeous and great for taking long walks, but the currents are very strong and the waves crash directly on the beach. In fact, none of the beaches in Todos Santos are recommended for swimming.

Renting a car is HIGHLY recommended. There are very few taxis in town, they need to be scheduled in advance and they can get pricey. There are no Ubers or Lyfts in Todos Santos.
