Heather was brilliant. She and I were communicating from the minute I booked Daffodil Cottage. I booked Daffodil Cottage for my husband and his friend to attend Cheltenham Races. Heather was extremely proactive and helpful, and a lovely host. You couldn’t have asked for more. She made them feel very welcome and that her cottage was their home too. She went the extra mile. She was able to provide them with recommendations of where to park in Cheltenham and where to get a taxi from. The location of the cottage was very quiet and peaceful. Would not hesitate to recommend Heather and Daffodil Cottage. Thank you Heather.

Great place to stay for a night or two in Heather’s lovely quirky old house in a very quiet location . Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and much appreciated continental breakfast.

What a wonderful place to stay - we had a warm welcome from Paul and Heather to their gorgeous home. Really comfortable, beautiful decor, lovely and quiet, and a delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.

Heather is a lovely host, we were made to feel very welcome. What we thought was just a room for the night, turned out to be use of the kitchen, which was a proper heart of the home kitchen and a front room to ourselves! The parking was great and the surroundings were lovely. Very peaceful. We look forward to booking again next year!

As it is described a very quirky cottage. Bedroom is in the eaves, not ideal for anybody tall, but it was comfortable and clean with a great shower. There was a living room area to use as well. Breakfast was lovely and provided in Heather’s kitchen. It comprised of fruit, yoghurts, fruit juice cereal, toast etc. We only stayed for one night but managed to pop down to the river in the morning and we had dinner in The Farmer’s Arms, which was good.
