My family had an amazing time at Deborah’s home. The pictures did not do it justice. The views were unbeatable- so peaceful with the most beautiful blue water and sandbar. My husband and father-n-law attempted to bone fish out back. It was windier than normal making it challenging but they did catch one! The house was a perfect size and setup for my husband and I and two children as well as two grandparents. The grill and back deck made for a great place to unwind after daily adventures. Deborah’s recommendations were very spot on!

Very comfortable well stocked home with the most amazing backyard ever. Private beach with crystal clear water and a sandbar that goes on and on a quick paddle board or kayak trip away. Loved all of the amenities offered. Fishing rods, paddle boards kayaks, pool floats etc. it’s just beautiful outside. The house was also well stocked. All the condiments and spices you could use. We loved your home and would love to come back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We came to relax and this was the perfect place! We saw two turtles and a stingray right off the deck in the backyard! Everything you need is stocked at Villa Seabreeze! We enjoyed eating at Shirley’s, Santanna’s, and Fanny’s! We saw two sharks while eating at Santanna’s! Communication was excellent from the beginning to end of our trip! This was a great place to stay and we look forward to coming back!

This place is amazing in so many ways! The layout of the house is perfect and allows for privacy, it is well-stocked, and they even provide bottled water during your stay. Beds are very comfortable. You can get there in a small car, just drive slowly. Kayaking is excellent and there is a blue hole close by you can snorkel. There are some snorkeling opportunities in front of the house along the rocks as well. Bonefish the flats at low tide. Sit on the deck and watch both the sunrise and sunset. Swim at night and you can see some bioluminescence as you disturb the water. Great place for birdwatching as well. Fantastic communication and recommendations given upon booking. We would definitely stay here again.

We cannot say enough about this beautiful Villa and little slice of Exuma! Deborah provided clear instructions and information leading up to our trip and during our stay. Luke showed us to the property which was much appreciated. The location was absolutely breathtaking and we had all the amenities we needed and more. The Villa was very clean and we had no issues. Our vacation was unforgettable!
