I am the 4th guest to complain about A/C being turned off during the day. (Look at the host reviews to verify this) Host told me that guests were not home during the day so the A/C is turned off. I said that I would be home but I got no response. The room WAS too warm to use during the day, I told AirBNB support about this, they talk with the host, she was untruthful and said that the A/C was always on. AirBNB support had my back. After too many messages and phone calls the host was forced to refund 11 days of my stay. I was also reimbursed for two nights spent in a hotel when the A/C was turned on too late at night to make the room usable for sleep. If you find that host does not provide the amenities listed (A/C should not be listed for this site if it is not on 24/7) contact AirBNB support.

- Located in peaceful, and safe environment. - Air Conditioning was turned only in nights, if you stayed during the day, you will feel very warm in the summer. - there are not curtains on the windows and doors don't have keys - There is a dog in the house which barks for no reason, although they said it won't bite you, but it will try to jump on you with it legs nails might hurt you. - They always would tell you something about how you are using their kitchen e.g. turn the fan more faster, open the windows more wider while cooking, put away the dishes after done, etc. It will be ideal place if you don't cook or just use fast-food and not use their kitchen more because they use kitchen a lot. I had to wait until late night so I can cook alone. - They would not want to talk anything casual or start conversation; they want to stay professional and avoid any kinds of talks with you i.e. not very friendly. Of course this doesn't matter much, but something to keep in mind. Best of luck!

I enjoyed my stay. The kitchen was really good with the available dishes and cooking area. The bedroom and the bed was really very good. Thanks for hosting such a beautiful place.

Large room, but no window treatments, and no key for room. Owner has 3-4 rooms on airbnb, so it can be a bit high traffic in the bathroom, for parking, and noise wise. There was a small dog that occasional barks a bit too much and sometimes left messes. Big kitchen with lots of amenities, but shelf/fridge/ freezer space was limited. Kitchen was a bit on the dirty side.
