It is a spacious apartment in a calmer region of Batroun, with only 2 minutes walking distance from the lively seaside road restaurants and cafes, and 5 minutes drive with free access to Saint Jean Beach Resort in Fadous, Kfarabida. It's a two-bedroom apartment, one and a half bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful green views of Batroun. This apartment is perfect for a small family retreat in the famously touristic city of Lebanon.

We had a wonderful stay at Modern Properties' apartment. The description is a 100% accurate, the apartment is spacious, clean and fully equipped. The location is the best thing being a walking distance from the beaches, restaurants and bars. Communication with the host was very easy, responds immediately and so the check-in & out process went very smooth. Surely a recommended place.

Appartement spacieux possédant toutes les commodités nécessaires, il est notamment climatisé et bénéficie d’électricité 24h/24. L’accueil d’Assad fut excellent, il est très réactif et se rend disponible pour le check-in et le check-out. La localisation dans le centre de Batroun permet de visiter l’ensemble de la ville à pied. Avec cette location vous aurez un accès gratuit à une petite plage plus au sud.
